Tommy Joseph

Director

Mr. Tommy Joseph, the Founder CEO of ImpactUs Consulting, is an accomplished management professional who has assumed the role of a Management Consultant-Strategist, offering strategic guidance to businesses of all kinds. Having it’s office in Kochi, Impactus Consulting is into Branding and Strategic Consulting.

With over 25 years of work experience spanning the gamut of management functions, in a diversity of industry sectors and markets, Mr. Joseph combines exceptional management wisdom with thorough practical knowledge. An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, where he did his Master’s degree in International Business, he has, in the course of his lengthy career, worked with major global brands like Cadbury and Dilmah, and leading Indian companies like Synthite Industries Ltd., and Harrisons Malayalam Ltd., both within India and abroad.

An avid traveller who has visited more than 30 countries the world over, Mr Tommy Joseph looks forward to all the challenging and exciting journeys ahead, accompanying businesses and brands on the path to excellence. His BNI journey started 5 years ago when he joined BNI Cochin region and became one of the founding members of a chapter there. His passion for working with business owners and helping them grow their businesses by providing profitable growth solutions resulted in launching a new BNI region in Pathanamthitta in Jan 2020 and later one more region-Pathanamthitta in 2022. Today, both the regions have grown to over 400+ members and is recognised amongst the Top 50 BNI regions in the world!

Reney Tommy

Mrs. Reney Tommy , the driving force behind Reney's Floral Art, a distinguished floral design business known for its exquisite arrangements and imaginative floral compositions is a multifaceted professional renowned for her expertise in floral design, leadership in business networking, and creative prowess in jewellery design. With a dynamic career spanning across diverse fields, she has established herself as a prominent figure in the creative industry, earning accolades for her innovative approaches and dedication to excellence.

Reney is also the Co-Executive Director of BNI Kottayam and Pathanamthitta regions along with her husband Mr Tommy Joseph. She plays a pivotal role in fostering professional relationships, facilitating business growth, and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and business owners to thrive through strategic networking.

Having a post-graduation in Jewellery designing from JD Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi, Reney was a guest faculty at St Teresa’s College, Ernakulam before working for leading jewellers like VNM, Malabar Gold, etc as a Jewellery Designer. She then turned into floral designing and is now renowned for her exceptional skills as a florist, specializing in crafting stunning floral arrangements for weddings and other special events. Reney Tommy brings her artistic vision and meticulous attention to detail to every project, ensuring that each floral creation is a masterpiece that perfectly complements the occasion.
